The one thing I would actively avoid is the muesli. My experience with homemade cereals and granolas at restaurants is that they are huge - usually a cup and a half to two cups, when I would usually eat 2/3-3/4 of a cup. And it can be hard (for me anyway) to tell how much I'm eating if it is served in a bowl. I would go with the berry yogurt and seasonal fruit (berries in season - yummy) or the Tomato, avocado and cottage cheese (if you like cottage cheese. I don't. ick!)

Go with the T.A.C. Not only does that sound the yummiest, it also gives you some healthy fats, fiber, and protein. I don't know how many calories though.

yes, I am definitely thinking the TAc! sounds so good! :) the calorie count is the problem though because if I don't know what the calories are I tend to over estimate by a lot to be safe and then spend the remainder of the day eating very little which is annoying. :P

I'd probably go for: Seasonal fruit salad w berry yogurt & bonville honey  $10.50 - sounds delicious and one of the healthier options there in my opinion :)

thankyou! :) it's definitely between that and the cottage cheese one which I assume would have more cals, but I don't know! so hard to decide! man, getting hungry.

i would go with the avocado. I would take off the top slice of bread and just cut it as an open sandwich (sourdough bread , though delicious, is usually very dense = heavy and often those sandwiches have oversized slices of bread). Count it as 2 or 4 slices of bread (you'll have to eyeball it). then add the amounts of avocado and cottage cheese (say 1/2 an avocado and 1-2 tablespoos of cheese).

    and - ENJOY!
