Getting back to calories, looking for help

Hi,
I'm kind of at a stand still with my weight for 8ish months now due to poor choices and going over calories by a lot. Looking for some good low calorie snack options that are vegan. Possibly looking for an accountability partner to help keep me on track. I'm 5'2, 188lbs, I've lost 57lbs so far, would like to lose another 40-50lbs. Looking for someone with similar weight goal. Doesn't have to be vegan. Let me know if your interested

    I'm not vegan, but I think we have similar goals! :) definitely add me if you would like!

    My low calorie snacks are typically a piece of fruit (usually an apple or grapes) or some carrot sticks! I'm working on making my own snack bars, but have been unsuccessful thus far. I like almonds, but you don't get a lot for it to be low calorie! Cheerios are good snack too!!! Or air popped popcorn!

    I have a meal replacement shake for breakfast just for the purposes of convenience. Sometimes I'll have another shake as a snack or when I want something sweet later in the day. My shakes aren't vegan though, but you may be able to find something similar!

    Thanks, definitely good snack ideas. One of my biggest issues is portion control and sometimes eating with my eyes, getting full and eat it because its there.
