do you mean things you can cook in a microwave or cook on a regular stove/oven and then reheat?
I would stick to chicken/turkey that you make in bigger batches and then freeze - that's what i do - and eat with a big salad and/or cooked veg (you can steam brocolli in the microwave for example).
Frittatas - big omelets filled with vegetables and cheese - can be eaten cold (I know that people actualy cook these in the microwave but I'm not a big fan).
If you mean to actually cook in the microwave that i got nothing, sorry.0 -
I just remembered mug cakes so google-fu'd low carb mug cakes and got a few recipes. No idea if they are good, but..

Kielbasa and hot dogs with cheese! They are usually fully cooked so just reheat in a microwave!0
