I'm just getting started again and would just LOVE LOVE LOVE to have all the inspiration, advice and motivation that is acquired with having lots of friends, ideas and suggestions.

Looking forward to seeing you on my friends list and reading your daily ways, progression, recipe ideas and any advice you may have for exercise ideas for me, I have multiple injuries from head to toe and although I am quite active with my job, I'm not sure how to get in any cardio.
