I was in shape and had a muscular physique and I ate almost everything without any fear of obesity. I used to go to gym everyday twice a day so the food didn't affect much. By the time passed my gym routine was disturbed due to office work, goals, overnights and yes also food and suddenly within a year I gained 25 kg (75 kg to 95 kg. I then realized that how much important it is to maintain your diet. So now for a week I am following myfitnesspal instructions and filling up everything I eat to maintain balance. I am happy and I have controlled all the Junk food I enjoyed once.
