Hi everyone, I've been using MFP now for about 2 weeks, I'm finding it pretty useful so far in my weight loss mission.

In 4 months, and prior to using MFP I've lost 30kg through adjusting my diet, stopping alcohol and upping my exercise levels, and I'm now looking to knock off that last 10-15kg.

Happy to talk to anyone doing similar.... alex.

    Hi,
    I'm from the UK too, I've been logging food/dieting for a while now.
    if you eat a certain meal a lot remember to save it as a meal or a recipe. it a lot easier & quicker in the long run to log and gives you ideas of what to eat when you can't decide.
