I'm finding that some people cry for help, but they aren't willing to help themselves. I see it all the time with money as well, I don't have money for good healthy foods. Their not willing to get a part time job to make extra money (plus burning calories at job). The cost of healthy foods isn't that much compared to buying foods that aren't healthy (it can be trade off unhealthy foods for good). Without a little sweat on there part(blaming we as Americans don't make enough money to buy good foods). If you ask someone to help, you had better be ready to do something on your end. I know that a lot of people here are trying to do something about their weight. As for me I've help many others get back on their feet. Those people are still are on their feet, but those not willing to do their part are still crying for help. What I'm saying is if you are not willing to put in some work or effort on your part you won't see any results.
