We all know someone or is effected by this awful mental illness

I do suffer greatly
Been since I was a young child
I was on meds and I've talked to people but it only helps so much

I'm looking for friends who want to add me and look to support each other through these trying times

I can go a month or two and be perfect then the storm hits and look out
It's fight to stay positive
And focused on what really matters in life
So I'm here
Drop me a request or even a message
Hopefully we can build a great support system to help each other and figure out this fitness and diet thing along the way while living a decent life

Talk soon

Hi! Anxiety and depression both stink. I was diagnosed with OCD (with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks as a lovely side effect) about 12 years ago. It's rough, but please know you are NOT alone. Obviously, if you are able and willing to see one, a therapist or doctor is an invaluable asset to have when taking charge of your health - both mentally and physically. There are also lots of people on here who can cheer you an as you take positive strides in your journey to a healthy weight.

I can relate as I have anxiety/panic disorder which when it first began over 10 years ago was extremely debilitating. I am doing much better now, but I still have moments of anxiety and mild panic attacks which can come out of nowhere. I have been through a lot in my life the past year which hasn't helped my anxiety at all. But, starting to focus on getting healthy and getting into better habits has helped motivate me and also helped me focus on something other than the things that are troubling for me. Feel free to add me as a friend and I wish you luck on your journey :)

I have depression and anxiety. Been on meds for years now. Being a single mum of 2 makes things more difficult. The struggle is real and difficult. Especially when the person holding you back is yourself. Would love to make new friends so we can all help each other when times are rough :)

Hello, I'm Anton. In May 2015 I literally walked into the wall and was put in quarantine in a mental health care facility for my own safety. I was suicidal.

Yet I knew that a 19 y/o shouldn't feel that way and have ever since taken baby steps to deal with my depression, I do everything in my power to avoid pills.

My feed contains motivational stories with a personal touch. I never became free of depression; I am learning to live life to the fullest with it.

Feel free to send me off a friend request whether you seek or offer support!
