Intro! Week 1

hello! I'm Amanda. I'm a mother of 2 boys. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. My body is feeling so tired and old after having baby number 2, and I'm only 26! I'm using this program to become more conscious of what I'm eating and lose some of this baby weight. I'm just under 200 lbs and 5'3" and want to get down to 125!!! Please add me if you are in a similar situation or have any good advice for me!
