Hello! I think I am a bit behind on this, but I am hearing a lot of talk about "overnight oats"... What recipe do you use and how many calories is it (if you know...)

you can put whatever you like in them, but the thing to remember is an equal ratio of oats to liquid.
I usually do
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
cinnamon
Then in the morning I add fruit and nuts to it for me and raisins and maple syrup for the kids.
Sometimes I'll throw in a tbs of peanut butter or increase my water to 1 cup and add a tbs or two of chia seeds too. My kids seem to like that.
Oh, and I forgot to say for overnight oats I like rolled oats. I'm more into crockpot steel cut oats right now, though.1 -
My favorite of late is chocolate cheesecake oats:
1/2 oats
3/4 plain greek yogurt
3/4 cashew milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
8 grams sugar free jello pudding cheesecake flavor
1/2 - 1 cup blueberries added in the morning. Delicious and filling.
