Small success but I'm on my way!!

I am 25 years old and a mother to 3! I am 5'6, and when I started I was 235lbs! I have now lost 23lbs! It's not much and I still have a long ways to go but I am so excited about it! I get on here every morning and read through the success stories to help give me motivation and I figured my 23lbs loss might be motivation to someone else. I have lost 5 inches off my waist!!! Congrats to everyone else and here is to another 23lbs!

You silly! That's no small success. That's a BIG success and you should see it that way too. 23 lbs is a huge amount! Especially if you've got 3 monsters running around! I know it's hard for mom's to find time for themselves and it sounds like you've found a way. That is definitely motivating! Keep it up mom! This is a great achievement!0
