Migraines and Working Out

Due to some personal issues (divorce since Oct 2015) I developed migraines. Since I started working out recently (weights and cardio) the normal triggers that would kick-off my migraine are not there sooooooo that is some awesome news!

Can anyone else relate to this?

    I have less headaches when I work out regularly. It is the increased blood flow it's a good thing.
