i've been exercising for almost three month and have managed to lose some of my stomach, but my lower abs seem to want to stay.
does anyone have any tips on exercising the lower part as well as the upper.

    Leg raises are good for engaging the lower abs or try raising your legs just off the ground (toes pointed) then do your normal abs exercises.
