Exercise routine? (Injury specific)

I was wondering if I could impose on somebody/multibodies to help me create a bulk routine, specific to the gentle and gradual rehab of a problematic trigger point behind my shoulderblade. I'm not usually a beggar but I'm not having any luck in my area and it's really getting me down now

Sorry for your injury. What do your doctor and physical therapist say about this?0

Thank you, lorrpb. Doctors don't seem to want to entertain the idea of me lifting - a battle long before this, without good rhyme or reason. My physio is a darling but she isn't very helpful in the weight training advice department - minimal upper body work, no loads to stress the shoulder, no deadlifts or back squats. No time scale, no real indication of what to do alongside the pilates type exercises in order to make it stronger.0
