MFP + Pacer - Am I doing this wrong?

Hi! I have a question.
I have MFP set to lightly active because I don't sit at a desk all day. Pretty much on my feet from 6AM to 2:30PM on workdays. I was curious about a few things so I got the Pacer app and synced it with MFP.
The thing is, it adjusts my calories for me to eat more with Pacer active. But having MFP set at lightly active, doesn't that already take into account more calories because of that setting?
Should I put MFP at the lowest setting instead with Pacer active?
Thanks for the help!

It depends how much you're walking, if it exceeds mfp's lightly active or active settings then you will get extra calories awarded to you. I'm set at lightly active and start getting positive adjustments (fitbit) after 3000ish steps.
