So I just decided again for the 50th time in my short young life to lose weight again. Weight has always been an issue even before I got big I was always teased for something. But now that I'm out of college I let myself go a little and I decided to get in shape, because I'm young and I'm tired of being tired!
So in January I decided to really lose weight. I swore off of fast foods, processed foods, sodas and sweet juices. I was doing okay and going to the gym everyday. Then I stopped in April.
Now in August I have decided to do it again I still haven't drank sodas and sweet drinks since January but I've been eating poorly. Yesterday I found out my blood pressure was high and someone commented negatively on my weight today. So I'm just feeling discouraged.
Don't know if anyone is reading this but if you are. What do you do when you feel this way? When you feel hopeless because even after making this commitment I'm still eating poorly. I just need some help.

I used to go off the wagon when I did elimination diets. They don't work for me. This time it's all things in moderation. I eat fast food once a week, I eat some processed foods....my goal is improving my diet, not being perfect all the time. I do drink a diet soda everyday, it doesn't stop me from losing weight. I'm allowed a sweet treat everyday too.0

There is no magic secret. You simply need to eat fewer calories than your body uses in a day. You don't have to cut out any food, or exercise a ridiculous amount of time, or anything.
Commit to logging all your food for two weeks. Then take a good look at your food diary and start making small changes. Trade out one soda per day for water, or commit to eating another vegetable a day. Once you've mastered the first small change, then make another. Rinse and repeat.
You can do this! Good luck!0
