Freeletics App

If you use this: How do you decide which workout to do? The names are spectacularly unhelpful for choosing which one you want to do, and they don't have descriptions. And when you choose one, what's the difference between endurance, standard, and strength?
Also, when I started the app, I put in that I am not very fit at all, and the first workout was very easy. Now they all seem to have jumped in difficulty. Is there a setting I need to change?
Or is there a better app? I just want something that does basic bodyweight exercises (push-ups, crunches, squats, things most people already know how to do), and all I have to do is open it up each day and it tells me what I should do. Something that takes into account that I'm a complete newbie, and progressively gets more difficult automatically. Freeletics was suggested to me, but I'm not sure how to use it.

Have you tried 30 day fitness challenge app? You choose your level and each day another set of body resistance exercises pops up.
I had the exact same experience with Freeletics. I think they want you to purchase the Coach.2 -
I haven't seen that one. I will look for it. Thanks!0

@Rinde99 I searched the Google Play Store and found several apps with the same name. Can you tell me who makes the app you liked?0

Good deal. I started on the easiest program and just finished day 11. After I started on 30 day a MFP friend gave me a body resistance workout I do 3 days a week. On my off days I do 30 day. Seems to be working so far between the 2 of them. Can already feel my belly pulling in! Yay!1

Wonderful! Glad you like it. I just did mine right after my cardio and man, was I sweating.1 -
@michelleepotter Wonderful! Glad you enjoyed it. I just finished day 13, right after my cardio. Makes it harder for me.1

Oh, I am exhausted after my cardio. I definitely do the strength training first! I did Day 2 today (I'm doing three days a week). Still going great!
I am wondering if it makes sense to do Easy Plan 1, then Easy Plan 2, then Medium Plan 1, etc. Or do they expect you to do either Easy Plan 1 OR 2, and then go straight to Medium, or what. I guess I'll figure that out when I get there.0
