Besides getting back to proper nutrition, drink lots and lots of water. It'll take a few days, but it will help with bloating.

So are you saying you don't know what you should do? I mean, you probably do know what you should do right...just return to your plan and continue. No point dwelling on it other than to note it and that you should try to avoid that.

Now if the reason you binged is because your calorie goal is too low then that is a different matter. How many calories are you eating per day on your weight loss?

    Start again tomorrow.

Maybe some meal prep would help to make you feel like you're getting back on track? You could also try to plan something fun and active for the weekend, like a hike or a walk with family or friends. These have been helpful for me when I feel like I need a mental reset.

As others have said, drink lots of water. Go to sleep and know that tomorrow is a new day.

Rid the house of your binge foods and start afresh tomorrow. Don't give up and go back to square one just because of a few off days.

It might also help to get rid of the thought that you're "on a diet".
Diets are temporary. People get to go off diets.

What we need is a re-work of our life, specifically in the eating & exercise departments
(and most likely in the mental department dealing with both of those).

Include foods that you like, but make sure that the portions are reasonable based on their healthfulness.
I like peanut butter. I used to have 3 PBJs for dinner. :o Now I have 1.5 - 2T on a piece of toast with breakfast.

I went over my calories twice this week. I accepted that it happened, and did as good as I could the rest of the time. I am still on the path to losing some weight this week. If going over makes you feel like you failed, then you are more likely to say screw it and just eat whatever you want, since you already blew it. Don't think like that. Accept that you can never be perfect, that things happen, get back on it and you can still lose some weight.
