Why Jump Rope?
I had some granola bars and a lot of water after my jump rope - it's warm outside for a workout!

It's editable for everyone doing the challenge so we can keep track of our progress!
And If you cant do a full 20mins of jumping you can always do it in sessions of 5 or 10 mins throughout the day0 -
