So I've been eating one large unhealthy meal a day maybe 2 a few times a week and I've lost 9 lbs obviously it's not healthy but when I go to do it healthy at say 1800 cal a day will I gain some weight back? Also how to make yourself eat.
I've dieted and worked out on and off for years and they biggest thing for me is frustration whether it be patience or I'm physically getting weaker and it just in furiates me to no end. Wondering why I may be losing strength when I have followed past regimens thanks in advance

If you're undereating, you will be losing lean mass along with fat, and that explains the losing strength.
If you start eating more, you might see a temporary gain, largely from water retention. It will settle down.0 -
What does "unhealthy" mean to you? Weight loss comes down to calories consumed. Of course, it's always good to get proper nutrients for health purposes, but this is unrelated to weight loss.
I'm not sure how much you weigh, but by the looks of your profile pic, I'd think you'd be able to lose at 1800 calories, maybe even more. I'm currently losing weight at 2000 calories.
If you're past the beginner/intermediate level in lifting, then you will likely lose strength when losing weight. You can minimize muscle loss by continuing to lift heavy and ensuring your protein stays high. Some amount of muscle loss is inevitable when dieting, it's just part of the game, unfortunately, but you can do your best to minimize that.0
