This is my motivation

Back in 2007 when I weighed around 125lbs to this past Monday at a weight of about 167lbs.

almost 10 years and 2 kids later and I need to get close to that again. Back in 2007 is when I was the lightest and in the best shape of my life. I don't know if I'll get to 125 again, but I want to get to 135-140 and in good shape again. I know I can do it, it'll just be a little harder than it was back then.

    You're story is almost identical to mine. I've definitely been lacking motivation though...

    We can do this! I worked out 4 times this week and I'm about to go workout again for a 5th time this week. I want to get 4-5 workouts in during the week every week. I'm not sure how I feel about letting myself get to this, but I can change it back to the better.
