When I went LCHF my cholesterol numbers improved to the best in my adult life. Triglycerides dropped from over 300 to 66. Total Cholesterol under 200. And GDL higher than LDL.
For me, carb cutting helped more than exercise. Ate fatty meats, the ones the supposed professionals tell us to avoid to lower cholesterol.1
