    thanks soo much for sharing everything with me!!! :)) I am soo glad u shared what u eat each day!! and I am going to try hard and you are soo right!!! and when I was working hard last september I ate kind of those same things!!! thanks for all your support and your help!!! :))

    do you run 4 miles and do 45 mins of cardio every day????

    LOL! Heck no! I can run 4 miles in about 45 min so that's usually my cardio on the days I run. However, if I only run 2 miles I hop on the eliptical for 20-30 min too. Just to make up for the time.
