My own 15 minute 6 pack ABS

Hey everybody,

I always try to switch up my workouts and have created my own circuit workout for ABS. I'm about to head to the gym and give it a try. In the mean time, what do you think about the workout?

Main focus:
ABS

15 minutes

Plank
1 minute

Mountain climbers

1 minute
As fast as possible

Plank
1 minute

Diagonal mountain climbers
1 minute
As fast as possible

Plank
1 minute
*Breathe

Side Plank Left side

1 minute

Side Plank Right side
1 minute

Push up position
Hold for 1 minute

Rest
30 seconds

20 push ups

Hold push up position
1 minute

Plank on elbows
1 minute

Mountain climbers
3 minute burn out

    better lighting in your pictures would give better results.

    That might not create the abdominal growth necessary for a 6 pack. Personally i'd go with more intense exercises, like a selectorized ab machine and the ab wheel. And of course squats and deadlifts. :+1:

    Pretty much unnecessary.

    At age 47 I do zero isolation ab exercises and have visible abs after two major incisions in my abs.

    Abs are more about a low body fat percentage and genetics.
