Hey everybody,
I always try to switch up my workouts and have created my own circuit workout for ABS. I'm about to head to the gym and give it a try. In the mean time, what do you think about the workout?
Main focus:
ABS

15 minutes
Plank
1 minute
Mountain climbers
1 minute
As fast as possible
Plank
1 minute
Diagonal mountain climbers
1 minute
As fast as possible
Plank

*Breathe
Side Plank Left side
1 minute
Side Plank Right side

Push up position
Hold for 1 minute
Rest
30 seconds
20 push ups
Hold push up position

Plank on elbows

better lighting in your pictures would give better results.1

That might not create the abdominal growth necessary for a 6 pack. Personally i'd go with more intense exercises, like a selectorized ab machine and the ab wheel. And of course squats and deadlifts.0

Pretty much unnecessary.
At age 47 I do zero isolation ab exercises and have visible abs after two major incisions in my abs.
Abs are more about a low body fat percentage and genetics.
