Macro Challenge - Win a Fitbit Flex - 9/1-9/30

Hey guys,

I figured it would be fun to do a contest with a prize! It's just a Fitbit Flex, I'm a cheapo, but if you don't have one and want one, this might be a fun chance!

So here's how the challenge will work.

Send me your goal macros and share your food diary with me.

The person who can hit all their macros (protein, fat, and carbs) within 10g the longest will win!

If there are multiple people that make it to the end of the month, then I'll do a random number picker or something to choose the winner.

Rules:
  • Must send me goal macros before 9/1, when the contest starts.
  • Must hit each macro within 10g every day (unfortunately, this probably means no alcohol for the month, as it will make you go over your calories. Sorry drinkers!)
  • You can change your macros ONCE during this month
