2 eggs
1/2 t. Baking powder
1T. Sugar Free Protein Powder
Whip in blender.
Cook in real butter.
Cook like you do regular pancakes.
Use Sugar Free Syrup.
Enjoy!!!

They're allowed, just not bothered with. Keto is under 50g of carbs per day. A banana could fit, if that's how you want your carbs.... If you can't live happily without banana.
I'd rather have my eggs with bacon than banana. Cheese is good too.0
