    The first picture is my very first day on MFP. So over 600 days ago. However, I got the same results after 2 rounds of insanity (4 months).

    If you pick a beach body program, I would suggest asylum. It applies the moves to sports techniques and makes the workout fun.

    To build muscles (shoulders are amazing), I did body beast and absolutely loved my results.

    Insanity gets dull after awhile since the videos become repetitive.

    I'm actually doing T25 and yoga right now.
