Short, active women over 50

Hi - I'm looking for just a few women to converse on a message board to help support and motivate each other through either a small weight loss (less than 20 pounds) - and have similar issues as me. I'm 5'3.5" - just turned 53, was once a competitive triathlete, gymnast, runner and swimmer but the years have crept up along with my weight. I'm a very positive person who is simply looking for people who want to laugh our way through the sweat and tears of trying to lose weight as we head through or are post menopause.
About 10 years ago I joined Myfooddiary.com - and had a core group of women supporters - 5 of us who checked in daily or every other day and we set exercise goals, and had weekly weigh-ins to help keep us accountable. And we really had fun getting to know each other. We lived all around the US and had a variety of stories to share. It was so fun. I'd like to have that here too! Whose in?

W: 138.2
H: 5'3/5 (that won't change)
Age: 53
Goal exercise/day = 400 calories
Goal calories to eat/day = 1400
Goal weight loss per week = 1 pound per week
Goal Total weight loss = 15-20 pounds
Goal time frame = end of year
