Hi all,

I'm Tanya. 41 and I'm excited to be here. I went from 156 lbs to 183 lbs within 9 months due to a new relationship and eating too darn good. About 3 weeks ago, I started on the 3 day military diet with the remaining 4 days in a 1500 calorie diet. I lost 4 lbs in 3 days on that but I was starving so I started using MFP app that I downloaded a while ago and started eating 1200 calories a day and been doing that the past two weeks. I'm down to 177 lbs and still going until I'm down to 160. I need all the motivation I can get. I haven't hit the gym yet but I do walk daily. I'm ready to incorporate strength training at home for now so I'm buying the equipment I need to get started.

    My motivation is to be able to fit into my old jeans that I was able to 9 months ago. I'm doing good. The scale says 176. I got this. I just need to incorporate exercise/working out.
