I eat oatmeal more often because it's more convenient and a good source of complex carbs. When I have more time at home I'll make an omelette.

Avocado toast with 1/4 cup egg substitute is my go-to breakfast.

I have been eating egg muffins and now back to oatmeal, which is not keeping me full like it used to. But when I eat oatmeal with 2 boiled eggs, I stay full. What is going on?

BOTH!- I eat eggy oats that way I get my carbs and my protein. If I eat them separate I feel that I eat way too much.

I generally have oatmeal in some form during the week. I make overnight oatmeal or muesli that I can take with me to work. I will have eggs on the weekend, although I have made breakfast sandwiches that I can have during the week. I like both and switch off.

Oatmeal holds you longer, eggs are great but the sodiym content in an egg is high. Try Ezekiel cereal or Kodiak Cakes pancakes. I make ahead and freeze.

I looove oatmeal but need the protien in eggs, so I kinda only eat oatmeal intermittently through the week depending on what carbs I have a taste for. Once autumn hits warm cinnamon & apple oatmeal will happen every day B-)
