For those who maintain & don't have your calories set at TDEE, how many calories per week are you under?

    Yup, gotta be that! ;)

    Day to day, my goal is set maybe around 200-ish calories below my NEAT, then I eat to that (plus the exercise calories). Once a week or so, I catch up to my actual maintenance, usually via fun social events that happen to crop up, but if I stay at/below the bottom of my maintenance weight range for a while, I'll treat myself to an indulge-y meal or two "just because", so I don't drop too low.

    1000-1500 calories under 2 weeks a month. 1000-1500 over 2 weeks a month (PMS).

    My weekly TDEE is almost 15000 - I mostly eat all of those.
    I favour banking calories during the week to balance out my weekend eating :smile:
    (Mon-Thu: 1800 cals and Fri-Sun 2500)
