Need advice new to the life change

I'm mostly eating clean and walking 45 minutes daily. Any other advice would really help

    If you haven't already picked up a food scale and measuring cups, do so; even if what you're eating is healthy, it will still bite you if you're eating too much of it. Log honestly; if that embarrasses you, set your diary to private. After a week or two, look honestly at what you're eating and evaluate where you need to make changes. The daily walk is great, but don't trust the calorie burn that MFP gives you, and be open to checking out other workouts - do a workout video if you can't get outside to walk, do a body-weight workout to build strength, etc. (I'm learning from personal experience how boring it is to have to do the same workout day in and day out.)
