I've set a little challenge for myself… to lose at least 5lbs by the end of September
More if possible!
So I thought to post it on here incase anyone else would like to join in. If you would, then just post your progress in here once a week

    I'll give it a shot. I've been managing 1 pound per week so this will require a bit more oomph.

    There is a group which formed a week or so ago, called lose by October. It's kind of the same thing.

    You can pick your own days of you like :)
    Just log your progress the same day eack week, or do it on the days that I've put on
    I put those on as an example of what I'm doing x

    Mexico trip in 55 days! Working out with my husband is not motivation when he is losing weight & having LOTS of cheat days & I can't seem to lose at all doing all the right things. Let's do this peeps :)
