What supplements are you on? WHich do you like best? Where do you buy your supplements? Has anyone tried Kali Muscles' "Hyphy Mud"?

    Haha, that's an awesome name.

    I've recently decided to forgo all supplements that aren't natural / whole food based. I'm not quite sold on the testing process anything at GNC goes through as well as the actual need for it.

    It's called that b/c coffee is called "mud" in jail/prison and that's where he invented it.

    Not on supplements anymore. In the past, I liked "Muscle Milk".

    Actually just watched the video on youtube for HyphyMud it is called Mud cause it stands for Makes You Dangerous LOL
