I am looking at losing weight. Should i track any supplements ( omega 3, cla, multivitamins etc) i take?

    I do, the oil based ones can have calories.

    I track mine, only to keep track of nutrition. Also, if they have calories I would track them.

    I do track mine. One of mine has calories, but I also like to look at reports later on to see my vitamin values from time to time.
