I'm a Brummie
I'm also a veteran of the weight wars.
This is my 2nd time around.
Lost 93lbs 2yrs ago, went back to my old ways and gained some back.
Started back 1st of August, doing well thus far.
Hopefully I will have dropped the regain and get to goal by Xmas.
We can do this...
