Need ideas for workouts :)

So I'm a bit clumsy and managed to hurt my self.

So I need some ideas on workouts to help me loose weight without putting my weight on my right ankle.

Any help would greatly appreciated. I don't want to gain weight just because I'm injured.

So ideas pretty please people :):)

    Or just focus on your calorie deficit till you're recovered?
