Tingling/numbness inside of arm

Have had this tingling/numbness down inside of my right arm to finger tips. Been to doctor and chiropractor. Taking anti inflammations medicine, ice and rest no better. Anyone have had this? Advice?

    Thinks maybe it's pinched nerve in neck from muscle swelling why the medication and said to get adjusted. So far no relief.
