Calorie adjustment with Up, My Fitness Pal and Map My Run

Hi,
Can anyone help me get my head around the calorie adjustment when using the Up app with My Fitness Pal and Map my Run?-
I've just completed a run which added 300 calories to my calorie allowance in MFP using info from Map My Run. When I synced MFP and UP, I then had a negative calorie adjustment of -154.
Before I started using MMR, any runs etc would result in a positive calorie adjustment. I've logged the activity in the UP app and the calorie burn is roughly the same as estimated in MMR so there's not a discrepancy in values.

I think but not absolutely sure , mfp will sync with mmr and then if you add from your up it will sync again, maybe depends which up u have, I think there's some issues with mmr too.

Thanks, it's the first time I've used MMR together with the other apps, it's confused me a little!
