Love to run, and eat.

Hi! New to fitness apps, I'm a mom and sheep farmer and a little backwards with technology lol. Trying to drop those last 10 lbs but was fooling myself that my runs were covering my calorie count, so I love having a program to do that for me and make sure I keep up my protien....already dropped 5 this week so hoping I can stabilize it and maintain through the holidays and keep running. I'm slow but I cover abt 8 miles a day. Excited to see there's a community here! :-D
