    Some of the best advice I could give you is to start reading "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe, start compound heavy lifting training (yes it's for women too, it's actually one of best things to do while losing weight and it won't make you bulk up if you don't want it to, bulking up depends on your diet, getting that toned/fit look is the goal here and from my own experience, compound heavy lifting is the best and fastest way to get there alongside a good diet), I would also suggest you grab "Thinner Leaner Stronger" by Mike Mathew, I'm following the male version of the book.
