With regards to toning and fat loss, how many days a week should i do weight training and how many days a week should i do cardio???

I wish there was an absolute answer for that. However there are too many factors that vary person to person. You will have to learn what your body wants. Just watch your calories. Good luck.1

For strength training you should find and pick an already established program. It will tell you how many days to lift2

there are no specific number of days, it really depends on your body type and your goals (build too much muscle, losing fat and weight, being fit).
