77lbs lost since June 2015

I thought I would share my lifestyle change. I have lost nearly 6 stones with the help of MFP. can't believe how it has changed my life and the food I eat. I am 48 years old and have been on hundreds of diets of which none worked until now. If anyone needs any advise I am willing to help21atb548e9cl.jpeg

    Wow - you look amazing! Can you share with us what exercises you did. Did you follow a strict calorie deficit system? What was your main motivation?

    Thank you. I follow a micros plan eating 190 carbs. 190 protein. 30 fibre and 60 fats with a high carb day a week. I do one hour four times a week at the gym doing weights and cardio. I started with the bike doing 20 mins with 8 X 15 second sprints every 2 minutes. Then got to 40 mins with 15 sprint. I now do 30 mins on cross trainer with 20 seconds sprints. ( I should of said "i started not been able to do 2 mins on the bike")
