I have relapsed!!! Been off my diet for a week due to stressful situation with my neighbour. Really put me i to a comfort eating spiral. Need to get back into it. Wish me luck.

Better still, create an eating plan that you'll want to and be able to stick to even through stressful periods. Life is a series of bumps in the road, some are just smaller than the rest.8

I've been in a really heavy stressful situation all the time I was losing my 50lbs and it's still going on now I'm maintaining. Overeating is not the answer to stress....but then you know that. Get back on it now!
