Hi
This has probably been asked millions of times but any help woult be appricated. I have set my calorie intake to 1100 calories a day. I was just wondering if you have to eat all your calories a day. Like my projected calorie intake for tomorrow it just over 200 less than what i should be having. is this okay?
thanks

Unless you are under a doctor's car with regular blood work, you should not be eating less than 1200 calories a day or you won't get adequate nutrition. To be at 900 is not good!0
