Wanting to begin Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide however have had mixed feedback with regards to the results ... Anyone stuck with it and noticed results? And at what stage did you begin to notice these changes?

    Everybody reacts differently to a workout, but I only did it for 5 weeks I didnt see any changes on scale, my lower body got toned, specially my quads. I didnt follow her diet plan, that time, I just ate from 1400-2000kcal a day.
    Her workout is good for beginners, I stopped because It was easy, it was not challenging me also because I didnt have time to workout during my exam time.
    Meanwhile, her workouts are really good, and there are lots of girls (and boys I saw few) who had amazing results with her plan, you can see that on Google.
    I think the only way to now if it works or not for you is by trying! If you stay consistent during the whole 12 weeks of round 1 and round2, If you follow her diet plan or just eat in a calorie defict, I think you will see results, if its not on scale it will be in your measurements.

    I'm on week 10 right now. While my results aren't quite as mindblowing as some you see on Instagram, I'm definitely seeing some changes. I haven't lost much, if any, weight, but I've put on a ton of muscle and you can visually see the difference in the mirror. I'm not following the meal plan. I hadn't worked out in a very long time beforehand and I find the routines exhausting, but doable.
