Can someone help me find out what's the rough calories?
Ate out at a restaurant - it's called baked dory.
It was shocking because it was baked and the TOP layer is cheese.
I searched and it seems that it's dory au gratin I am not v sure but I am scared of the calories. It's so good but so sinful
Just had the fish no salad nor potatoes

Cheese is often overlooked as a healthy food. It has a fair amount of protein and fat, zero carbs.
Personally I just best guess the calories and add oil for restaurant food. Fish is low in calories. Not sure that I'd go 401 as above, I'll go 601 Bob/Drew. (Price is right).
Don't sweat it. Enjoy!0 -
I don't know the calorie amount, but it looks delicious!0
