Carbohydrate Addicts Diet ---- Anyone try it? Success?

Options
I just began the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet today.
I recently just recovered from my tonsils being removed, which is the only reason I stopped it the first time.
I lost 9lbs the first month. :flowerforyou:

To put it very simply you have two meals a day that a very limited on carbohydrates and one "reward meal" that is composed of any foods you want balanced with vegetables. Basically 1/3 protein, 1/3 veggies, 1/3 carbs. The carbs can include breads, pasta, sweets...anything.

I ordered the book after reading all of the success stories of people that had already kept their weight off for years.

If you are curious please look up the book on Amazon to see for yourself and more details on the diet.

I am also incorporating exercise.

This post is to see if any MFP have had success with it or are currently using it????

*****DO NOT POST NASTY JUDGEMENTAL COMMENTS ON HERE :noway: , LIKE EVERY DIET THIS ONE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE AND IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE INSULIN RESISTANCE ISSUES AND ADDICTION TO CARBS*********

Just looking for someone to keep motivated with and share tips
