Lunch ideas

I technically don't get a lunch break, I work inside someone's home as a caregiver, so I'm needing fast, easy healthy take to work lunches. Any ideas? I'm lactose intolerant so nothing dairy, please.
Thank you
Any ideas help. I really don't have many.

Are you able to store your lunch in the fridge? If not, invest in a lunch box that will hold freezer packs.
Sandwiches - cut into quarters. Tuna pouches. Jiff peanut butter dippers with cut up veggies. Fruit cups or cut up fruit. Yellow, gala and granny smith apples will brown less.
Make some roll-ups using tortillas or flat-outs. Do a kebab style lunch (olives, veggies, meat cubes).0 -
Salads in a jar, hummus and veggies, soup(if there is a microwave), pasta salads, tuna or chicken salad with crackers, lettuce wraps, santa fe beans and rice.

OMG!
I love the (empty) fruit cup on top of (or inside) a Mason jar idea!2 -
I'm in outside sales and know what you mean! Ive been packing little things I can snack on throughout the day... Almonds... Fruits... Turkey.. Carrots. A little bit here and there keeps my energy up all day.0

Pieces of ham or turkey wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf!
Nuts are a great snack. I like apricots on occasion or just a snack bar.
Beef jerky!
The other ideas above me are great too!0
