I have been eating a low carb diet for 3 weeks now and thought fitness pal would help me keep track of my carbs better. I am not very good at writing foods down. I would like to lose 30 pounds but it is a little harder
For me as I have back problems so my excercise is water classes. I am determined to lose the weight and get off my diabetic meds.
